Backtagging: I'm fine with it. If I drop a thread, feel free to send me a message to pick it back up. I either lost it or figured it was time we move onto something new.
Thread hopping: As long as my character isn't cut out of the thread, I don't mind.
Squicks: Incest and using real life tragedies. I'd rather just avoid the latter entirely.

Mindreading: Probably okay as long as I'm given a heads-up.
Touching: I'm fine with it in general, but nothing sexual.
Hugging: I'm fine with it.
Kissing: I'm fine with it.
Sex: I'm not interested in playing smut with Anise.
Fighting: I'm fine with it.
Torture: If you have any plot ideas that'd involve torture, discuss them with me first. It'll probably be a no, but it depends on Anise's CR and whatever the larger plot is.
Death: Let me know if you think a thread is going that way. For R:3, if it's in the game, it's probably fine since it's just an MMO. If it's offline, then it's a definite no.
Fourth-walling: I'm fine with it if it's canon/justifiable. I'm not really picky. If your character is known to play RPGs, they're welcome to recognize Anise.
